You will have to comply with all the various Codes Of Practice - you probably don't know all these, but we do. We can help you implement them and train your staff so that they know what is expected of them.

What sort of organisations are affected?

Who falls under the CQC?All sorts of care providers come under the CQC – the range is really very wide. Organisations which fall under its aegis will be subject to mandatory inspections and regulation. These will include no-notice audits, resulting in a grading. The grading achieved will decide how frequently the audits will take place, and any remedial actions you have to carry out.

Audit – what it is, how to prepare

Audit is not just a test to be passed. It is central to clinical effectiveness. It proves to the CQC that you are up to the mark – but it can also help you improve what you do. Correctly used, it will drive up standards, bring down costs and make your organisation perform better for its clients and patients.
