Jonathan Clark
Jonathan began his working life in the military. He spent 12 years as an officer in the Royal Green Jackets, reaching the rank of Captain. During this time he saw service in Hong Kong, Cyprus, Germany and Northern Ireland, and spent some time on attachment to the US Army.
On leaving the Army in 1978, he joined a large nursing home group with responsibility for finding sites for and establishing new homes. He then spent several years as Managing Director of a group providing nursing home care.
He founded DC Solutions with Diana Cain in 2004, after they had worked together in nursing care provision.
Jonathan’s military experience taught him the importance of being able to train a wide variety of people to a uniform high standard. His organisational skills and experience of the practicalities of consistently delivering high-quality care are key parts of the success of DC Solutions.
